After my 14-days-stay in Phuket it was time to leave for three nights to one of my favourite cities: Singapore. I booked a flight with Jetstar Asia no. 3K534 some weeks before at www.lastminute.de. It was cheap for a return flight, but I had only the “Starter”-Fare. For my checked-in bag I needed to pay extra 1/3 of the price of the ticket. In the “Starter” fare you don’t get a drink or snacks onboard – normally no problem for a flight which just take 1:20h, but on this day I had no breakfast before.

The flight started short after 10:00am. I need to hurry because I had a long queue at the check-in and a even longer queue at the immigration which take me alot aof time. I arrived at my gate when the boarding allready had started. I just had a minute to get me a sandwich and a bottle of water for breakfast at the airport – my inflight snack.

Sandwich
From the small sandwich store between the internatioal gates at Phuket Internatiol Airport – they have very tasty sandwiches.

The flight was smooth and the weather till Singapore very good, we only had a little bit of rain and clouds while approaching into Singapore. This rain was the first one on my asia-trip and I allready had been three weeks in Thailand, but it stopped shortly after landing.

My suitcase was one of the first on the belt it just arrived when I came around. Perfect!

My Luggage at Changi

The Singapore Changi Airport is an outstanding airport and really the beste airport in the world. From the airplane door through the immigration passing the luggage belt to the MRT it had only took me round about 20min. Wonderfull!

Watch my VLOG #007 on Youtube for the whole inflight experience of this trip.

Cheers,

arnehm
